WELCOME TO THE ACTORS CIRCLE BERLIN by Instant Theatre Berlin!!

In the past years, many actors and newcomers took part to our regular Instant Theatre courses listed at Instant Theatre Berlin.

From now on, selected groups of experienced actors will have the chance to work on theatre projects and plays with Instant Theatre Berlin’s directors and trainers, in order to create stronger projects and play more shows! This will give all participants the chance to play in a professional environment with fellow expert actors, and experience the thrill of playing multiple shows in Berlin.

Here are the advantages for Actors of THE ACTORS CIRCLE BERLIN:

• The Actors Circle is a private group. As an Actors Circle member, you will be informed ahead of time about upcoming theatre projects and shows that we want to develop, and you’ll be able to join or take part in the casting.

• This formula makes these projects a lot cheaper or free for participants, and you’ll be part of a committed group of actors, many of them you might know already from previous projects.

• You will be part of an experienced group and you will perform multiple theatre shows several times a year.

• THE ACTORS CIRCLE BERLIN offers individual and private training sessions for advanced actors of the group in order to focus on each actor individually and further sharpen your acting skills alongside the performative experience.

• Being part of THE ACTORS CIRCLE BERLIN doesn’t have any costs for you. It’s FREE. Your inclusion in the lists of THE ACTORS CIRCLE BERLIN can only be considered after taking part to some of our regular classes. THE ACTORS CIRCLE BERLIN offers you the advantage of not having to register to our public projects, still getting further training and being part of our cast for plays and performances in the future.

• As soon as you take part to one of our projects, you will also get a Membership Card that will allow you a few discounts on drinks and shows at our venue 800A.

• THE ACTORS CIRCLE BERLIN is also a great chance for all of you that would like to be involved in theatre projects as DIRECTORS and PLAYWRIGHTS: we are often looking for Assistant Directors as well as other production roles. You’ll be able to get first-hand experience in these roles and attach your name to our productions, to then become an integral part of Instant Theatre Berlin.

THE ACTORS CIRCLE BERLIN is an invitation-only group for Actors who participated in our regular projects in the past years. Projects and castings are not listed publicly.

PLAYS IN ONE ACT, A collection of 20th Century one-act plays. Directed by Alessandro Casadio, performed by actors of The Actors Circle Berlin. Number of public performances: 2

PRODUCTIONS 2020-2021:

MENTAL LOCKDOWN – A SHORT PLAY IN 3 ACTS, written and directed by Alex Casadio, performed by The Actors Circle Berlin. Filmed play. Premiered in April 2021. Filmed version of the play visible on Youtube.

PRODUCTIONS 2019:

• NO ONE LEFT BEHIND, directed by Alessandro Casadio, performed by The Actors Circle Berlin. Premiered in December 2019. Number of public performances: 3
• Ionesco Special, created and directed by Alessandro Casadio and Gabrielle Torreborre, performed by The Actors Circle Berlin. Premiered in December 2019. Number of public performances: 2
