Dear acting enthusiasts,
our Film Acting Weekend Workshop is back for a new edition on June 20–21, 2026.
This 2-day film workshop is designed for people with previous acting experience who want to explore acting for the camera in a practical, focused, and supportive setting. We’ll work on camera presence, monologues, short scenes, and the small adjustments that help a performance become more effective on screen.
Participants will perform on camera, receive feedback, observe the work of the group, and film material during the workshop. Each participant will receive a professionally filmed monologue for possible use in their acting reel, plus two professionally taken headshots for their actor profile, portfolio, or casting book.
The workshop is entirely in English.
HOW TO REGISTER: You can use the CONTACT button to ask for info and apply for registration. External applicants should briefly mention their previous acting experience (this course might be too hard for beginners).
Previous students at Instant Theatre Berlin have priority, but everyone might get a chance of joining, depending on availability.
What will happen next: once you receive the email from us, you’ll get ONE CHANCE to register for the workshop! If you don’t reply, you’ll be out of the waiting list and you’ll have to re-submit your data at a later date if you wish.
